Welcome to RIMScast. Your host is Justin Smulison, Business Content Manager at RIMS, the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
Justin Smulison’s guest today is management trailblazer and thought leader, Ward Ching! Ward wears many hats — several of which he is going to wear in today’s episode all about disruption, the digital age, and how risk professionals can leverage its data. Ward is a Managing Director at Aon, an Adjunct Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, the RIMS-CRMP Chairman, and the recipient of the 2018 Harry and Dorothy Goodell Award.
But before hopping into the conversation with Ward Ching, Justin is briefly joined by Heather Sanderson of the Sanderson Firm to discuss the PAID Act and give a brief preview of the upcoming RIMS webinar she is leading. This 60-minute session will be held on March 17th, 2021, and is a free, members-only webinar presented by RIMS Advocacy, titled: “The PAID Act: What Medicare Claims Payers Should Know in 2021.”
