With so much happening in the world right now that is impacting the risk management profession, your host, Justin Smulison, wanted to make sure that the RIMScast audience and RIMS members continue to be equipped with the most updated information and insight! So, in line with that, he is bringing you two segments for today’s episode.
The first segment will be a RIMS Advocacy and Legislative update with Mark Humphreys, RIMS External Affairs Committee Chair and the Vice President of Litigation and Risk Management at Watt Companies. They will be discussing federal and state legislation passed (or in development) in reaction to COVID-19. Mark also offers some tips for risk professionals that will help them lead their organizations.

They will be discussing some of the unforeseen risks for commercial drivers during the time of COVID-19. Justine also provides tips for employers to ensure motor vehicle operators are safe.
