Tweetables (For Social Media Use):

“It’s not often that you have someone who’s a risk professional in film. But, it really leverages out because it’s all focusing on the same subject it’s about managing risk.” Dr. Karen Hardy

“The thing that draws me to ERM in 2022 is the thing that drew me to it years ago. … And the very thing is that at the core, it … is about bringing everyone together … to have … conversations within an organization. That’s the foundation for … change.” — Dr. Karen Hardy

“One of the things that I realized in the [ERM] profession is that I can’t craft or create a solution if I don’t know what the objections are. And that’s why having conversations is so important. Objections are a gift to any risk profession.” Dr. Karen Hardy

“My whole reputation in government and risk management changed because I was able to put a creative spin on risk management.” Dr. Karen Hardy
