Dr. Adrian Hyzler, the Chief Medical Officer at Healix International, is joining RIMScast once again in this episode to wrap up the two-part interview with Justin Smulison on the COVID-19 pandemic. Continuing their discussion from the previous podcast, Dr. Hyzler shares his conclusion regarding pandemic preparedness for the summer of 2020. He goes over some of the key steps organizations can take to safely reopen in the summer of 2020, what risk management professionals can do to ensure that employees are properly prepared for a return to the office or worksite (especially those that have a significant commute), and some of the various innovations in response to the virus that he has seen in other countries.
