Cheryl Lloyd is the Associate Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Interim Vice President Systemwide Human Resources for the University of California. Cheryl oversees a massive risk portfolio for the University of California made up of ten campuses! She has successfully inculcated a corporate culture where everyone is a risk manager who plays a role in identifying and reducing risk across UC’s entire system.
Cheryl shares about her wild last year at UC, the various roles she has held within UC and her insights and predictions on what the next 20 years (and beyond) will hold for risk professionals.
