This week on RIMScast, the celebratory mood continues with more 2020 RIMS award winners! Joining Justin Smulison today is Goodell Award winner, Audrey Rampinelli, and Heart of RIMS recipient, Larry Glasser.

First to speak on the podcast is Audrey Rampinelli, the founder and CEO of OnRamp Risk and former RIMS NY Chapter President. She received RIMS’s most prestigious honor, the Harry and Dorothy Goodell Award which was named in honor of RIMS’s first President. It pays tribute to an individual who has furthered the goals of the Society and the risk management discipline through outstanding service and achievement.

Larry Glasser joins the podcast after Audrey. Larry is an active member and leader of the RIMS Broward County Chapter in Florida and the Director, Risk Management at Amerijet Holdings, Inc. As the recipient of the Ron Judd “Heart of RIMS” Award, he is honored for his outstanding performance in furthering risk management at the chapter level.

In this episode, both guests briefly discuss their work and careers and share how they are leading their companies and respective RIMS groups through the COVID-19 pandemic.
