RIMScast

Sep 17, 2019

Welcome to RIMScast. Your host is Justin Smulison, Business Content Manager at RIMS, the Risk and Insurance Management Society.

Today’s guest is Trisha Sqrow, Assistant Vice President of Risk Management at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)! She has over fifteen years of safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and ERM experience with a focus on process improvement and project management.

With millions of travelers and thousands of employees and vendors passing through the gates at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Trisha — in her role as Assistant Vice President — had to establish ERM processes that allowed passengers and workers to reach their destinations both safely and quickly.

In today’s conversation, Justin and Trisha will be talking ERM, planes, and airport safety. Trisha shares some of the challenges and risks she deals with on an ongoing basis at DFW, speaks about their ERM program, gives a sneak preview of her upcoming session at RIMS 2019 ERM Conference, and much, much more!
